How Much Does It Cost?

Every project is unique so to get a quote, you can send your plans to info@asestimation.com. General Price ranges $100-$200 for single trade job. Full trade house projects can run in the $250-500 range, commercial projects can be in the $500-1000 range.

What Is Your Hourly Rate?

Our pricing is based on a per-project basis, but we work on hourly basis as well. Our estimates are perfect for busy contractors that need an “On-Demand” estimate completed. Most contractors bid only a few projects per month and our pricing tends to be more affordable than hiring a full time in-house estimator.

What Is Your Turn Around Or Delivery Time?

Our labor and material pricing comes from Estimator Platinum by Cordell (AUS) and Craftsman National Construction Estimator Database Suite (USA), which is updated multiple times per year, and pricing is based on your project’s zip code so your bid will be as accurate and competitive as possible.

What If I Don’t Have Plans For The Project?

That’s ok too. We can estimate the costs of projects based on quantities you give us or sketches.

I Don’t Have The Rates For My Trade, Can You Still Do A Quote For Me?

Yes, we have worked with loads of businesses to calculate their rates to ensure they can make money.

If There Is A New An Addendum For The Job, Can You Revise Your Quote? Any Additional Charges?

Usually addendums are provided during the tender period but occasionally they come after the quote is submitted and usually these are minimal so there is no charge. In case of major change, we are more than happy to review and revise the quote.

I Am Only A Small Business, Can I Afford To Outsource My Estimating?

We have solutions to fit your budget. You may be surprised how cost effective we are. Can you NOT afford to outsource your estimating? The late nights and missed deadlines cost you far more than having a professional take care of it for you.

Can You Guarantee The Takeoffs And Quotes Are Accurate?

Yes. We work with you to make sure your 100% satisfied before you send it off to your client.

How Do I Know What You Have Included In The Takeoff Or Quote?

We provide a detailed list of inclusions and exclusions combined with a marked plan highlighting everything we have included. Always happy to talk through the project so you have clarity.

I Have Done A Lot Of Work Getting My Prices Worked Out So I Win Work And Make Money, I Don’t Want Your Other Clients Using Mine.

One price does not suit all. Your overheads and material costs are different to the next guys and we explain this to anyone. We do have privacy agreements with a few clients if you want some extra comfort.

What Do I Get With My Takeoff?

We provide fully marked up plans, a list of quantities.

What Payment Methods To You Accept?

We use Payoneer, Paypal and Wise where you can easily pay with your Credit Card. Once you send us your plans, we’ll send you a Invoice link prior to starting for you and your team to review. If you choose to proceed, you can easily make a payment through your Desktop, Mobile Phone, or you can call us directly to process the payment.

How Accurate Are Your Estimates?

Our estimates are very accurate and based on your project’s zip code so your pricing will be accurate and competitive. Our estimates are designed as guidelines for you to finalize pricing so you’ll be able to make your final adjustments with the Excel Spreadsheet we send you. You can adjust Supervision, Equipment, Profit, and manually override any of our estimated pricing.
